Originally when we first started making these creations, only 100 trees were being planted for each one made.  Soon we realized 100 was not enough, and we increased that number to 600 trees.  Why?  It made more sense to plant enough trees [600] to erase the carbon footprints of two people {the recipients] over their lifetime.

These original hand made - hand rubbed encaustic wax rubbings can come:
        1. personalized -with the buyers name, or their recipients name, as shown in above pictures, (names have been photo-shopped).
        2. generalized - without a name, however still states how many trees were planted from the purchase of a rubbing.
        3. neither - No personalized name or generalization of trees planted.  [Will include the artists signature, initials and date & artist's mark]
Note:  All three ways come with the artists signature, initials and date and are embossed with the artists' mark.

We are only making a total of 300 Rubbings from the artists carved stone study used in the Tara II Project.   For now they are made to order and when we reach a total of 300 [made] they will no longer be available to buy.  That doesn't mean 300 of each color, it means the total count is inclusive of all colors, limited editions and numbered with a letter of authenticity.

Should you decide to purchase a rubbing, you are purchasing an investment that will have appreciable value in the years to come in addition to having a beautiful colorful piece of artwork hanging in your home.  It will certainly bring  conversation to its original story and this artwork will hang proudly as a 'giving tree' that generated a planting of 600 trees where they are needed the most in the world.

The one thing we can guarantee and will "hold to the promise" is that these rubbings of the Promised Land Oak Tree will never be sold elsewhere for less, the price will never be reduced or discounted. 

We have created and listed MULTIPLE small to large pieces of reproduced artwork for sale on high quality cotton paper in the form of prints and writing cards in the "STORE",  and all sales will plant trees. There are NO other "signed " original pieces of artwork in oils, pastels, acrylics, watercolors, encaustics  etc... other than these Encaustic Rubbings and a handful of CERAMIC SIGNATURE MURALS.
New and exciting pieces of reproduction prints from the aforementioned other painting mediums by Jamie will be added to this website in the near future for sale, so please revisit if you do not find something you wish to purchase at the present time.
