OUR RETURN POLICY
Everything on this website is "MADE TO ORDER" and therefore there are "NO RETURNS" unless there is damage during shipping. Please keep boxes and shipping materials for any damage as well as pictures to present to carrier.
- We do not ship damaged artwork. If it is damaged, it was damaged during transit.
- Your artwork is fully insured by the carrier for damage during transit through this e-commerce website.
- Your order is fully refundable, exchanged, or store credit if damaged in transit and we are notified within 24 hours of delivery receipt. Please send all damage photos and information to support@jamiesantaniello.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- You will be notified by this shop once the information is given to the carrier, and the order investigation is complete.
- Please keep all boxes and packing material, along with product to be picked up by the carrier.
- Please note that most carriers take their own pictures of outer box upon delivery. If the outer box is damaged, it will show upon delivery by carrier, and your case will be settled much faster.
- Damaged products by carrier is usually settled within 10- 20 business days after being picked up by same carrier.
- Ceramic Signature Murals and Ceramic Tile & Stone Vestiges are NOT "made to order", however the return policy remains the same. They are expensive items that are packed so its near impossible to damage (double boxed with 4 inches of padding on all 6 sides). They can however be damaged by the customer after unpacking if handled improperly, and for this reason we cannot accept returns on these items as well. If being shipped to a job site for installation, there is an adult signature required as well. These murals CAN and have been stolen on the job site, and is the only issue we have ever had with shipping expensive ceramic tile or stone. Once the signature is obtained, it becomes the sole responsibility of the buyer to secure the contents of package. If by chance IT IS damaged in shipping, please take photos of boxes, packing material, damaged tile/tiles within 24 hours of delivery and email the pictures to support@jamiesantaniello.com, and the process of returning with a full refund will begin. ONE broken tile in a mural means the entire mural is damaged because it cannot be replaced or repaired. The carrier will pick up the tiles along with boxes and packing material and make a determination usually within 10 business days however can take up to 20 business days. Once the carrier has determined the items were damaged in transit (we do not ship damaged material), they will refund our company in full, and you will receive a full refund. Please note: some ceramic tile murals and decorative stone have minor chips that are listed in the "ITEM LISTING". Please be sure to read the listing, we cannot reimburse you for these minor infractions that did not occur in shipping and handling. Should you make a mistake and NOT read the listing properly, we will accept a return on these items with a 30% restocking fee. You must repackage the tiles exactly the way you received them, pay for shipping and handling in both directions, and must insure the items for full retail. If damaged in transit back to us, you will be reimbursed by your chosen carrier if packaged properly.
