Not one leaf was lost in the meticulous reduction from the 24" x 48" original artwork, down to this 4.5" x 6.25" letterpress print- amazing.

The tree on the card is done in the old fashioned letterpress way, having none of the dot patterns we use in modern printing and plate making today.

 Jamie's rendered marks from the original four foot drawing were reduced down so small, making much of the detail invisible to the naked eye. When you place a magnifying glass on the tree you can clearly see all the tiny fine leaves and limbs, which is amazing, even to the Master Printer, who's company has been letterpress printing since 1893.


 The acorn and leaf pattern on the envelope liners and box holder, Jamie created to give a feeling of birds in flight, taking our words we write to each other to the heavens.
